Utility billing balances due on September 1, that are from June 1st or prior, are removed from the sewer account and will be placed as delinquent sewer assessments on the winter tax roll, billed December 1. Late tax payments to the Clinton County Treasurer are not included. Other property data is subject to change as more current information is obtained.
